Shipping & Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not pleased with your merchandise for any reason, you may return the product within 15 days of receipt. We accept returns for refund or exchanges for all REGULAR PRICED ITEMS. ON SALE ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE. All refunds will be processed in the same manner as the order was paid. Once we have received your return shipment please allow 15 business days for us to fully process your return.
All returns should meet the following criteria:
1. All returns must be accompanied with a receipt and be made with 15 days of purchase.
2. Wallysservicestation Collectice will not accept returns if:
- The item has obviously been worn, smells of cologne, perfume, smoke or any other odor.
- There are stains, holes, marks or other blemishes.
3. No Shipping costs will be refunded for returns. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs back to the warehouse/address listed in the return instructions.
4. Wallysservicestation is not responsible for any taxes, duties or importing fees on any international orders.
If you need to return an item purchased, you must obtain an authorization number (directions below):
Email email@example.com to obtain a return authorization number. Please also briefly describe issue and list items you are returning. We will provide you with a mailing address. Please pack all items being returned securely in the original packaging if possible.
